Motorola is doing a better job at providing Android 14 updates to eligible devices compared to last year. Many Motorola models have already received the stable Android 14 update. As of today, the Motorola ThinkPhone has also begun receiving the Android 14 update. Below are all the details you need to know about this latest update for ThinkPhone.

Motorola released the ThinkPhone with Android 13 update in early 2023. The phone is finally getting its first major update as Android 14. The device is expected to receive at least one more major Android update.

Many users in the Reddit forum confirmed that they have received the latest major update on their ThinkPhone. This means that the Android 14 update for ThinkPhone has started rolling out and will soon be available for all users. According to user feedback, it looks like the update is being rolled out in the UK first. Soon it will be available in more regions.

As per the shared screenshot, the Android 14 update for Motorola ThinkPhone is rolling out with build number U1TBS34.54-24-1-5. The update weighs around 1.3GB in size. The update also upgrades Android security patch to February 2024.

Talking about the changes and modifications, the update doesn’t bring too many changes but there are still some new additions like more customization options, new scanner app, some settings page changes, improved privacy and security and more.
