Earlier this month, Google released the stable Android 16 update to the public. The update is available for eligible Pixel devices, but there is hardly any information about its availability for non-Pixel devices. So far only Samsung has announced when they are going to release the update.
After Samsung, Motorola is now among the first few brands to start working on the update. It began with opening beta testing pages in the community website for certain models and regions, which will expand over time. Recently we’ve shared the official list of Android 16 eligible Motorola devices that you can check out.
To clarify, the Android 16 beta is not live yet. As of now, participants can only register for the beta program and wait for the beta update release. Motorola has announced the Android 16 beta program registration for these devices and regions.
