Magisk is a powerful tool for Android phones. But people know about this tool, especially for seamless rooting. And if you are also interested in rooting then you must be aware of Magisk and Magisk Manager. But from one of the previous updates, Magisk Manager is no longer available as its functionality is directly available on Magisk. The magisk developer now released a new Magisk 23.0 for Android users with multiple changes.
The last Magisk build ‘Magisk v22.1‘ was released in early April and the new update is available about a month later. We are seeing continuous Magisk releases, especially from the last year. All thanks to John Wu the Magisk developer for his awesome work that gives opportunity to millions of Android users to enjoy root access on their phones. From Magisk v22.0, the Magisk Manager is dead and so now you will only see Magisk releases which will also do the job of Magisk Manager.
John Wu already shared during the last Magisk release ‘Magisk v22.0’ that the new Magisk releases will now support devices with Android 5.0 or later. And so, if you are using Magisk 22.0 on Android 4.4 or lower, then do not update your Magisk to Magisk v22.1 or Magisk v23.0 as it is not supported.
The new Magisk v23.0 comes with many changes and app improvements like SafetyNet API error fix, Fixed issue when patching Odin tar files, etc. You can check out the full Magisk 23.0 changelog below.
