Lost Castle 2 Release Date (Official 1.0 Release)
Lost Castle 2 has been in early access on Steam since July 25, 2024. Since then, there have been several playtests that allowed players to join and test the game out. However, on April 9, 2026, the developers announced the official release of the Lost Castle 2 1.0. The 1.0 version of Lost Castle 2 will be released on June 11, 2026.
Lost Castle 2: Trailer and Gameplay
The new 1.0 official update for Lost Castle 2 was revealed to the world via a trailer that you can check out below. The game, if you have previously played it, is a beat ’em up where you get access to over 200 types of weapons and armor, with each weapon equipped with different mechanics.
Apart from the weapons, you get access to 130 different types of treasure items to collect. There are over 10 strong bosses to defeat, and every location in the game takes you on a new battle and a new adventure to explore, collect, and win.

- Extreme nightmares at difficulties four and five to test your battling skills
- The ability to unlock the third layer of inscription resonance that gives you access to god-tier synergistic builds
- Reworked the match systems and rebalanced based on the feedback of the players
- Get access to all weapons, treasures, armor, and hidden secrets from the early access of the game.
Apart from these additions and features for the game, the developers have also given its player base the option to design an item which could be featured in the game. Players can choose to design armor, weapons, or treasure items.
