HarmanyOS 6 is the latest OS release for Huawei devices, which introduces a bunch of major changes and new features. Recently, Huawei unveiled the public beta and closed beta schedules for HarmonyOS 6 which reveals devices eligible for the update.
HarmonyOS 6 was unveiled back in June along with its developer beta program. The major OS release includes various changes such as the new Intelligent Agent Framework, touch and share, new lock screen customization, enhanced animations, and more. This is an update that significantly improves the user experience.
While HarmonyOS 6 is a great update, not everyone will be able to experience it due to the eligibility criteria. Fortunately, the official list of eligible devices is now available, which means you can check if your device will receive HarmonyOS 6. It’s important to note that this announcement is specific to China, but it does reveal information about the eligible devices.

The public beta of HarmonyOS 6 will be available to many devices starting this month. Additionally, the closed beta will be available to many devices in October and November. We can anticipate a similar release plan outside China.
