Samsung’s One UI journey continues to evolve. The company is already developing One UI 9, with traces of the next software version appearing on Samsung’s servers for the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Fold 8.
One UI 9 is expected to bring a handful of visual changes, performance improvements, new AI features such as Now Nudge AI Assistant, Ask AI for Samsung Internet, and system-wide enhancements. Not only this, but similar to One UI 8, the forthcoming skin will feature an updated banner image on the software update page.
The software update page received a visual refresh in One UI 8.5 with a new wallpaper, a design element that continues in One UI 9. The One UI 9 software update page maintains the design language seen in One UI 8.5 and Galaxy A-series devices, though with a refined color palette featuring softer, cooler tones. SammyGuru and That Josh Guy on X (dark version) shared the original image in 1080 x 1080 pixels. We’ve upscaled it to 2160 x 2160 pixels so you can use it on your device without quality issues.
