Last month, Vivo announced the second generation of OriginOS, in the form of OriginOS Ocean. If you’re not aware of OriginOS then, Vivo has a different custom skin for its home country – China. The overseas phones still ship with the Funtouch OS. OriginOS Ocean comes with a bunch of new features including a new music player, camera app, lock screen system, and more. OriginOS Ocean – Details

Since December 30, Vivo is rolling out the OriginOS Ocean to eligible phones. Before moving to the wallpapers section, here you can explore more details of the newest skin. The second iteration of Vivo’s skin acquires a redesigned music player (dubbed as Walkman), a new dialer and caller id layout, a new reading app, and a camera app with more features. Vivo has collaborated local music platforms its new Walkman music player.

Other than that, the latest skin brings new features for privacy. OriginOS Ocean has Atomic Privacy System with a system-level security solution with transparent and controllable storage and management capabilities. During the OriginOS Ocean announcement, Vivo shared a detailed roadmap, featuring 47 phones for the latest skin. The roadmap includes two-year-old Vivo Nex 3s, X60, and X70 series phones, a bunch of S-series, alongside the iQOO phones.

Vivo packs its fresh custom skin – OriginOS Ocean with a bunch of amazing wallpapers. The collection features over a dozen of gorgeous wallpapers, there are 18 static wallpapers in total. OriginOS also has three live wallpapers, all these wallpapers are now available to download, thanks to Twitter user (Sumit Das – @TheSumit97) for sharing the default wallpapers of OriginOS Ocean. Once downloaded, head over to the downloads folder, choose the wallpaper you want to set on your smartphone’s home screen or lock screen. Open it and then tap on the three-dots menu icon to set the wallpaper. That’s it.
