Earlier this month, Oppo launched two new A-series phones – Oppo A57 5G and Oppo A77 5G. The two phones are the upgraded version of phones seen back in 2016-17. The new generation packs a 5G enabled Mediatek Dimensity 810 chipset, 90Hz 6.5-inch display, 5,000mAh battery, and a dual lens camera module on the back. Oppo A77 – Details

In terms of hardware, the camera is the only thing different in the two new Oppo phones. Yes, the more expensive model packs the standard 48MP camera sensor instead of a 13MP on the Oppo A57 5G. Before moving to the wallpapers section, hereโ€™s your sneak peek at the specs of the new Oppo A77. The device features a 6.56-inch IPS LCD panel with a few drop notch and 90Hz refresh rate sport. Both phones are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor and run on Android 12 based ColorOS 12.

In terms of optics, the Oppo A77 comes with a dual lens camera setup on the back. The camera module has a 48MP primary sensor with an f/1.7 aperture and PDAF support. It also features a 2MP depth sensor. Moving to the front, then the smartphone dons an 8MP selfie camera. Oppo A77 comes in 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage option with a microSD card slot for expansion.

Oppo A77 boats a big 5,000mAh and sports 33W fast charging. For security the Oppo a 77 has a fingerprint scanner. The smartphone is available in Midnight Black and ocean blue color options.
