Xiaomi’s Redmi Note series is the company’s best-selling smartphone lineup. In terms of optics, the Redmi Note 11 and Note 11 Pro has a quad-camera setup on its back. On the software side, the two phones come with a typical MIUI camera app with features such as AI mode, HDR switch, 50MP / 108MP camera modes, Night Mode, beauty effects, filters, and more. It uses the pixel binning tech to capture full 50MP and 108MP photos. Like all previous generation Redmi Note-series phones, the latest Note 11 series has Camera2 API support out-of-the-box, which allows you to easily sideload the GCam app. As I said earlier, Pixel 6’s camera app is available for sideloading on the Redmi Note 11 and Note 11 Pro 5G. If you want better results, then you can follow the below steps and add a configuration file.

For NGCam_8.2.300-v1.7.apk

  1. At first, downloadย thisย config fileย from above-listed linksย on your smartphone.
  2. Now open File Manager then open GCam folder (if not available then create folder named – GCam).
  3. Create a new folder under GCam, with Configs8 name.
  4. Open Configs8 folder and paste the config file here.
  5. Thatโ€™s it.

Now open the Google Camera then swipe down to open settings, under Settings tap on Configs then load the config file download earlier.

For GCam 9.1 and 8.4, thereโ€™s no need to configure many settings, but still, you can play with GCam settings according to your needs for better results.
