But if you want to capture better images with better details, then make sure to give a try to the GCam app. Although, finding GCam Mod port for MediaTek and Exynos chipset devices is a tough task. But after doing some research, we found two different GCam ports that work fine on the Realme 6i.

Google Camera 7.3 aka GCam 7.3 ports by Parrot043 and the_dise works fine on the Realme 6i. Talking about the features, then GCam 7.3 comes with the anticipated astrophotography mode, night sight mode, PhotoSphere, Slow Motion, Playground (AR Stickers), RAW support, HDR+ mode, Panorama, Lens Blur, Portrait mode (with Focus Slider), Google Lens mode & few more.   1. First, download this config file on your device.
  2. Then, head over to the file manager and create a new folder called, GCam.
  3. Open GCam folder and create one more folder with configs7 name.
  4. Now paste the config file inside the configs7 folder.
  5. Once done, Open the Google Camera app and double tap on the black blank area placed next to the shutter button.
  6. Tap on the settings shown (with Realme6i.xml), available in the popup & press the restore button.
  7. Go back to the app drawer and then open the app again.

For DMGC_7.3.020_ver.4.5.apk

  • Open the GCam app > Settings > Advanced > Enable HDR+ Control & RAW + JPEG Control.
  • Open the GCam app > Settings > Enable Ultra high-resolution Video (4K).

That’s it. You can also play with AI AWB in advanced settings for white balance and better colors.

How to Install Google Camera on Realme 6i

  1. At first download the app from above-listed links.
  2. After downloaded, head over to the settings then enable the Unkown Sources.
  3. Now Install the Google Camera.Google Camera APK
  4. Once done, open the app and allow the app permissions if any needed.
  5. That’s it.
