While the One UI 8 rollout is still underway, Samsung is already working on One UI 8.5. Earlier this month, One UI 8.5 firmware leaked for the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Today, a newer build has surfaced online, and interestingly, it features two new built-in wallpapers.

First came the redesigned software update page with its new banner image in One UI 8.5. Now, Samsung has added two new stock wallpapers to its custom skin. This is a rare move from Samsung; the company last added new wallpapers with One UI 5 beta 3. It’s been three years since Samsung introduced fresh wallpapers to its custom skin.

One UI 8.5 New Animated Wallpapers

One UI 8.5 features two new animated wallpapers. For now, these are available in static format, but the animated versions will be added to our PhoneWalls app soon. There are two new wallpapers, the first one is a dynamic basketball-themed wallpaper, whereas the second wallpaper is an architectural design inspired by the popular game Monument Valley.

Thanks to Samuel from Samsung APKs & Mods Channel for sharing the wallpapers. These wallpapers are available to us in 3000 X 3000 pixels resolution, so there’s no need to be worried about the quality of the images.
