Samsung has just released a new press release, shedding light on the development of its newest custom skin, One UI 7. The company has been testing the Android 15-based One UI 7 on the Galaxy S24 series since December last year. Today, Samsung officially confirmed that the beta will also be available for older phones.

Samsung is expanding the One UI 7 beta program to the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 in India, Korea, the U.K. and the U.S. The beta program is expected to go live on March 6. Besides foldables, the Galaxy S23 series, Tab S10, and A55 are also set to receive the beta within a month.

What about the public release?

Samsung has officially confirmed that the stable One UI 7.0 update will arrive sometime in April. The Galaxy S24 lineup is expected to be the first to receive the stable One UI 7.0 update. Later, it will be pushed to the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Flip 6, S23 series, and mid-range phones.

If you own the Galaxy Z Fold 6, Flip 6, or S23 series device, you can take a part in the One UI 7.0 beta program when it is available. All you need to do is install the Samsung Members app on your smartphone and look for the One UI 7.0 beta banner on the app’s home page.

Make sure to take a complete backup before joining the beta update. The beta updates are not intended for daily use, so you may face some bugs while using it.
