Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora Release Date
The new avatar game was revealed first at the E3 2021 event that was held in June. With the announcement, we got to see a first look trailer as well as a release date. All we know for now is that the game is expected to be released in 2022. When exactly in 2022? Nobody knows. Feel free to assume the game’s release along the lines of the Avatar 2 movie which is also coming out next year.

The game is being developed by Ubisoft Massive in collaboration with Lightstorm Entertainment and Disney. The game will be published by Ubisoft and will be available on the Ubisoft Store and probably on Steam or Epic Games Store.

At the E3 2021 event, Ubisoft showed off a new first look trailer of the game. The trailer shows off the wide-open world filled with a lot of vegetation as well as the wildlife that has been seen in the Avatar movie. You also do get a look at new creatures from Pandora. The Na’vi is also able to create a link between various animals in-game. The game is set in the western region of Pandora and is an open-world first-person action-adventure game. You play as a Na’vi in a totally new and unseen region of Pandora. The environment in Pandora is everything that you have seen in the movie, filled with a lot of new creatures, vegetation, and even new characters appearing in the game. You will be able to use a wide range of weapons and make use of various creatures in-game to travel, fly and attack around in.
As seen in the trailer, you will have to expect a tough battle with the RDA who are trying to take away resources that are available in Pandora itself. With regards to other elements in the game such as health, weapon refill, and for that matter even a mini-map and customization aspects of the game are yet to be revealed. The developers are yet to drop out an Avatar Frontiers of Pandora gameplay trailer so that Avatar fans can have a good idea of what else to expect from this new game.

Well, the game has been designed for the new generation of consoles i.e. the PS5 and the Xbox Series X|S. It will also be available to play on PC as well as cloud gaming services like Stadia, Amazon Luna, GeForce Now, etc. Yes, the game is making its way towards Google Stadia and Amazon Luna. With regards to support on the PS4 and the Xbox One details are yet to be revealed if there are any plans to bring the game over to the older consoles.

Well at least on the consoles you will be able to play at around 4K 120 FPS which will be fantastic, given that the game environment looks absolutely stunning. When it comes to PC, we can assume that the game will require at least 8 GB of RAM, along with a mid-tier CPU from AMD and Intel and probably a decent 4GB GPU card. Until more information is provided by the devs, the system requirements will not be available.
