Apple has just released watchOS 26.0.2, the first incremental update for most compatible watches following the public launch of watchOS 26. For unawares, two weeks back, Apple released watchOS 26.0.1, though it was limited to Apple Watch Ultra 3 in Mexico with Messages and Find My support. So, what’s new in the gradual watchOS 26.0.2 update.
Apple plants the new software upgrade to the eligible watch models with 23R362 | 23R8362 build number. The incremental update weighs around 150MB in download size. If your Apple Watch is compatible with watchOS 26, then you can freely upgrade your watch to the new watchOS 26.0.2 update.
As per the official release notes, the update squashes known bugs and provides important security updates. Apple didn’t mention the complete list of fixes in the changelog.
