The new beta update for developers is here. Apple releases iOS 16.4 Beta 4 for developers, and just like other beta updates, it will be available to public beta testers later today or the next day. And with the fourth beta, the public build is almost here. You can check the expected release date here.
iOS 16.4 is going to be the next big update for iPhones running iOS 16. The last update beta 3 was released last week with some changes and improvements. And since it is getting closer, we arenโt expecting big changes in this update but instead a bunch of fixes and improvements.
Along with iOS 16.4 Beta 4, Apple also released iPadOS 16.4 Beta 4, watchOS 9.4 Beta 4, macOS Big Sur 11.7.5 RC 4, macOS Monterey 12.6.4 RC 4, and macOS Ventura 13.3 Beta 4. The fourth iOS 16.4 beta comes with build number 20E5239b. And this might be the last beta update or the second last beta before release candidate build.
As mentioned earlier, we are not expecting big changes, but still there will be some bug fixes. It is because Apple will now focus on stability rather than adding new features. As of now, we havenโt encountered any big changes. Once we find it, we will share it with you here.
All Changes are available here.
Currently, the beta update is available to developers. So if you have logged in with your developer account on your iPhone, you will receive the update on your phone.
