Compatible Surface Tablets Surface Pro 7, Pro 7+, Pro 6, and the Pro X are compatible with Windows 11. They meet all system requirements. IMG: Unsplash

Compatible Surface Laptops Surface Book 2 (8th gen CPU variants), Book 3, Surface Laptop Go, Go 2, Surface laptop 2, 3, and 4 are also compatible. IMG: Unsplash

Incompatible Surface Tablets The original Surface Pro alongside the Surface Pro 2, 3,4, and Surface Pro 2017 will not be eligible for Windows 11 update. IMG: Unsplash

Incompatible Surface Laptops The original Surface, Surface 2 and 3 won’t get this major upgrade. The same goes for the original Surface Book as well as the Surface Laptops 1, 2, and 3. IMG: Unsplash
