watchOS 8.4 public release brings fix for charging bug

Following, the last week’s watchOS 8.4 RC release, Apple updates the watchOS public to 8. 4. Apple initially started testing watchOS 8.4 last month, earlier this month, the company had released the second and final beta build, now we have the stable update. Aside from the watchOS 8.4, but Apple also releases iOS 15.3, iPadOS 15.3, macOS 12.2, and a new tvOS update. All updates are bagged with new goodies, improvements, and fixes. Apple plants the latest stable build of watchOS 8.4 with the 19S546 software version. It weighs approx. 185MB size for downloading, as it is a small patch, you can quickly update your Apple Watch to the new version. The update is available for the Apple Watch series 3 and newer models. The update is available to the public, which simply means anyone can update to this watchOS version – watchOS 8.4.

The changelog for watchOS 8.4 is relatively small compared to the previous updates. Apple addresses the charging issue. Apart from that, we can expect system-wide improvements.
