Realme announces Android 13 open beta program for Realme 10 with limited seats

Realme 10 is the company’s newest and most affordable number series smartphone. While the Realme 10 Pro and 10 Pro Plus were released with Android 13 based Realme UI 4.0, the vanilla Realme 10 comes with Android 12 based Realme UI 3.0. Today, the company has announced the beta testing for its newest skin – Realme UI 4.0, and anyone with a Realme 10 can join the program and try out the new upgrade.

As always, the company officially shares information about the Android 13 open beta program on its community forum on the Realme 10 board. Speaking of the requirements, then make sure your smartphone is running on RMX3630_11.A.23 or RMX3630_11.A.27 software version. If you are on an older version, then you should update your phone to any of these builds to join the beta program.

Obviously, the open beta update will need a big chunk of data for downloading, so, make sure that you have enough storage and data available on your phone. Although it is an open beta program, the company says, “The applications will be accepted in batches and only limited seats are available”.

Moving to the changes, then Realme is pushing the new software to Realme 10 with a slew of new features including updated AOD, a dynamic computing engine for performance enhancements, a Private Safe tool, support for more color palettes, large folders for the home screen, new editing tools for the screenshot, and more.

If you own the newly released Realme 10 and want to update it to Android 13 based Realme UI 4.0 skin, then you can navigate to Software Update in Settings and tap on gear icon at the top right corner, then select Trial version and enter the required details. Now once your application got approved, you will receive the open beta update via special OTA.

Also, make sure to take a backup of important data before updating your device to the new software.
