After long lengthy leaks of the marathon, OnePlus 9 lineup goes official. Before heading over to the wallpapers section, here’s your sneak peek at the newer OnePlus 9 series phones. Starting from the vanilla OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9R, then both models are billing with a 6.55-inch AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate panel. While, the Pro variant bears a 6.7-inch QHD+ Fluid AMOLED panel with 1440 X 3168 pixels resolution. In terms of power, the OnePlus 9R is equipped with the Snapdragon 870 5G SoC, while 9 and 9 Pro comes with Snapdragon 888 chipset.
OnePlus brings a major overhaul to the camera system of its smartphone. The premium OnePlus 9 Pro opted a quadruple camera module on its back panel, it has a 48MP primary camera (Sony IMX789 sensor), 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, 8MP telephoto camera, and a 2MP macro camera. While the vanilla OnePlus 9 is billing with a triple-lens camera sensor, the module is equipped with a 48MP main, 50MP ultra-wide-angle, and 2MP monochrome camera sensor. On the front, OnePlus bundles its newer phone with a 16MP selfie camera.
Talking about the OnePlus 9R, then the device comes with a 48MP quad camera setup. It also gets a 16MP ultra-wide-angle lens, 5MP telephoto camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. OnePlus 9R comes in Lake Blue and Carbon Black color options. OnePlus 9 Pro is available in Morning Mist, Pine Green, and Stellar Black color options. While the OnePlus 9 goes official in Winter Mist, Astral Black, and Arctic Sky. In terms of storage, then the newer OnePlus 9 goes official in two different RAM and storage options, the device comes in 8GB/12GB RAM along with 128GB/256GB onboard storage.
Talking about the pricing, then the OnePlus 9R starts at ₹39,999 and the OnePlus 9 at ₹49,999 ($730 in the USA). All new models are running on the OxygenOS 11 based Android 11 OS out-of-the-box.
