Moto G64 receives Android 15 update in India

Motorola has started pushing the Android 15 update to Moto G64. The stable release goes live after two months of initial beta rollout. Needless to say, the update boasts a bunch of new features and enhancements.

If you reside in India, you can finally update your Moto G64 to the Android 15 update. The update is rolling out with V1TD35H.83-20-5 software version. As it is the first major OS upgrade, the update weighs a whopping 2.26GB in download size. Please ensure you’ve enough storage space before installing the update.

Electronic-Policy-73 and many other users on Reddit confirmed the Android 15 update’s availability for the Moto G64. At the time of writing, the update is in early rollout phase; a broader rollout should commence in coming days.

Motorola releases the Android 15 update with a bunch of new features, including the new lock screen customization features, updated quick panel, Gen AI emojis, new emoji stickers, improved connections, and more.

Additionally, the update will fix known issues and enhances the overall user experience.

If you own the Moto G64 and live in India, you may have received the OTA notification on your device. But in case you missed the update, you can manually check for system updates by visiting Settings > System updates > Check for system updates.

Before updating your device, you can charge your device to at least 50%. Additionally, you can take a backup of important data.
