Apple announced both MacBook Pros in the last part of the event, and they took the majority of time explaining what’s new in the latest generation MacBook Pros. You know what that means, they are way better than previous generation MacBooks. The tech giant has also revealed its new chips called M1 Max and M1 Pro. The performance-wise lineup will be Apple M1, M1 Pro, and M1 Max, the most powerful chip from Apple till now.
The 14-inch MacBook Pro will be powered with Apple M1 Pro whereas the 16-inch MacBook Pro will be available in two different Chip models M1 Pro and M1 Max. Another big change on MacBook Pro 2021 is the display. The 16.2-inch model has a Liquid Retina XDR display with 3456 x 2234 resolutions. And the 14.2-inch model has the same display but with 3024 x 1964 resolution. Both are available in full view display and a notch on the center top.
Display on both models has the support for Pro Motion technology for adaptive refresh rates up to 120Hz. Battery and SSD have been also improved in the new MacBook Pros 2021.
