Today, Apple kicks off its World Wide Developer Conference (WWDC), showcasing its latest software advancements. Among the updates, watchOS 10 brings a much-needed software upgrade to the Apple Watch. If your iPhone or iPad is running on the latest version of iOS 17 developer beta, then you can easily sideload the watchOS 10 beta on your Watch.

  1. Open the Watch app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap General > Software Update.
  3. Select Beta Updates and enable watchOS 10 Developer Beta option.
  4. Go back and download the first beta of watchOS 10.
  5. That’s it.

Make sure that your Apple Watch is charged at least 50% and connected to a WiFi network. After installing the beta profile, open the Apple Watch app on your phone, head over to General > Software Update > Download and Install, then install the new software.
