The latest version of WhatsApp Messenger (V. 2.20.13) brings an app-wide dark mode on the app. Before go-ahead to the activation steps, let’s take a sneak peek on this feature. WhatsApp’s native dark mode feature is dubbed as, dark theme available under the theme section. After changing the theme to dark, the color of elements on the chat page will change to dark green.   1. After downloading the app, tap on the three-dots menu icon available on the home screen of WhatsApp.
  2. Now head over to the Settings > Chats > Theme.
  3. Here you can change the theme to Dark.
  4. You can also choose the battery saver option.
