Last month, Vivo unveiled its first-ever clamshell foldable smartphone the Vivo X Flip. The phone goes live alongside the newer generation of primary foldable smartphone the Vivo X Fold 2. The company’s first clamshell features a 3-inch cover screen, Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, a 50MP primary camera, a 120Hz refresh rate display, and more. Vivo X Flip – Quick Overview

The new foldable duo goes official in mainland China, there’s no information shared about the global release. Before moving to the wallpapers section, check out all details of the new Vivo X Flip smartphone. The clamshell comes with a 3-inch cover screen, which is an AMOLED panel, whereas, the main screen is a 6.74-inch foldable LTPO AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate support. The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor and boots up with Android 13 based Origin OS 3.

For photos, the Vivo X Flip comes with a dual-lens camera setup featuring a 50MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, 1.0-micron pixel size, Dual Pixel PDAF, OIS, and more. The secondary sensor is a 12MP ultra-wide-angle sensor with an f/2.2 aperture. For selfies, the smartphone comes with a 32MP selfie shooter. Vivo X Flip comes with 12GB RAM and 256GB / 512GB storage options.

Vivo boasts the X Flip with a 4,400mAh battery with 44W fast charging support. For security, there’s a side-mounted physical fingerprint scanner. The phone comes in violet, gold, and black colors; the pricing starts at CNY 5,999 (approx. $872). So, these are the specs of the new smartphone, now let’s take a look at the wallpapers.
