Vivo S16 (Pro) – Quick Overview
Vivo S16 series phones look premium and sleek, thanks to the design and the color options – black, jade green, and gradient. Before heading over to the wallpapers section, here’s your sneak peek at the specs of the new S16 lineup. Starting from the front, then both the Vivo S16 and S16 Pro come in a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, and 1080 X 2400 pixels resolution. The vanilla Vivo S16 is powered by the Snapdragon 870 chipset, whereas the Pro model is billing with the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor.
The new models run on Android 13 based OriginOS 3.0 software. Vivo launches the S16 and S16 Pro in 8GB and 12GB RAM options. In terms of storage, the S16 comes in 128GB / 256GB / 512GB variants, while the S16 Pro has 256GB and 512GB options. The camera is one of the key attractions of the Vivo S16 series, thanks to the 50MP selfie camera. Moving to the back, then the S16 Pro has a triple-lens camera module featuring a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro camera.
Both Vivo S16 and Vivo S16 Pro are packed with a 4,600mAh battery and sports 66W fast charging. Talking about the pricing, then the Vivo S16 costs CNY 2,499 ($357) and the S16 Pro starts at CNY 3,299 ($472).
