Motorola has finally started rolling out the much-awaited Android 15 update for Moto G84. For the time being, the update is rolling out in multiple regions of Europe, including the UK, Italy, Romania, Poland, Croatia, and more; with a broader rollout should follow in a matter of time. The update bags a flurry of new features and changes.
Moto G84 receives the new software upgrade with V1TC35H.88-16 software version. The smartphone was launched with the Android 13 operating system, and last year it received its first major OS update – the Android 14 update. Now the smartphone is set to receive its next major software upgrade. As it is a major upgrade, it weighs a whopping 2.36GB in download size.
According to a screenshot shared by Reddit user DoubleHitzPL, the update brings a big list of improvements and enhancements. Take a look at the screenshot shared by the user.
In terms of changes, you will get access to the new lock screen customization features, updated quick panel, Gen AI emojis, new emoji stickers, improved connections, and more.
As I mentioned previously, the update is rolling out in phases, so if you want to check if the update is available on your device. You can head over to Settings > System updates > Check for system updates.
Before updating your smartphone make sure to take a backup of important data. Also, charge your smartphone to at least 50%.
