Apple recently released iOS 16.3 after testing it in two beta and one Release Candidate build.

I didn't encounter any major bugs on the iPhone 12, although the iPhone doesn't feel as smooth as iOS 16.2.

iOS 16.3 seems to have fixed the horizontal line issue on the iPhone 14 Pro, so if you have the same issue you can update to iOS 16.3.
