Enable One Handed Mode in Android 12

Today, Google released the first developer preview build of Android 12 OS. Pixel users can now manually sideload the Android 12 DP1 on their phones.

Android 12 bags a slew of new features including UI changes. The newer OS brings a number of UI changes dedicatedly for Settings app.

Settings app get a new One Handed Mode feature, which is very similar to the Samsung's One UI One Handed Mode.

If you've installed Android 12 Developer Preview on your Pixel smartphone and want to enable One Handed Mode, then you can enable this hidden flag via ADB command.

You can open CMD or Terminal on your PC and run this command.

adb shell settings put global settings_silky_home true

As for now, One Handed Mode support in Android 12 is limited to the Settings app, hopefully, it will be available for other apps in the future buids.
