There are a few things you’ll need to know to use the Pixel Phone Warranty Helper.
- You’ll need to sign in to your Google account.
- Keep your device’s serial number handy.
- If you purchased your Google device from an approved third-party retailer, including mobile carriers, you should contact the retailer or the manufacturer directly to learn about your warranty.
- Warranty terms may vary depending on the country or region where you bought your device.
Once you are familiar with the above-mentioned points, let us now see how to use the Pixel Phone Warranty Helper.
Step 1: Go to the official Pixel Warranty Helper page and confirm your email address linked to your device.
Step 2: Now choose your device like Pixel or Nest devices.
Step 3: Next choose Warranty status and options. There will be few more options including “About Pixel device repair options,” “My return, repair, or replacement order,” and “A Pixel device purchased from a different store (such as Amazon).”
Step 4: It will show your devices with serial number, select your device and it will show your device’s warranty information. If it doesn’t show your device, you can also enter device’s serial number manually.
Coverage information also includes the return window, warranty start date, and exact warranty expiration date.
