The Galaxy Z Fold SE, Samsung’s most premium foldable smartphone, has now been introduced in China under a new identity – the Galaxy W25. Just like the W-series predecessors, the W25’s design looks nice thanks to the golden accents. In terms of specs, the phone has a bigger screen, thinner profile, and updated camera sensor compared to the vanilla Galaxy Z Fold 6.

Samsung Galaxy W25 – Quick Overview
This year’s W-series foldable comes with a big upgrade, the phone has a 6.5-inch LTPO AMOLED 2X cover screen with a 21:9 aspect ratio. Whereas, the main screen’s size reaches 8 inches with a 10:9 aspect ratio and 120Hz refresh rate. Additionally, there’s an updated foldable panel which is dubbed as the Ultra Flexible Glass (UFG). The newer model is 4.9mm (unfolded) and 10.6mm (folded) slimmer.
In terms of optics, the Galaxy W25 is billing with a 200MP primary camera sensor with OIS. The ultra-wide-angle sensor now supports autofocus functionality. The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 for Galaxy chipset. The battery capacity on the foldable remains the same as the Z Fold 6 – 4,400mAh with 25W wired charging. Samsung launched the W25 in 16GB and 512GB variant and priced at CNY16,999 (approx. $2,400).
