Xiaomi unveils second-batch of devices for MIUI 13 update

Xiaomi’s newest custom skin – MIUI 13 was announced last December. Since then a bunch of Xiaomi phones received the new update. Now Xiaomi has detailed the next batch of phones scheduled to receive the Android 12-centric MIUI 13 update. Read along to know more about the List of Xiaomi phones which are going to get the MIUI 13 update in the second batch.

After successfully releasing the update for the recently announced premium and mid-range phones, the company now shifts its focus to pushing the new update to budget-friendly phones. The second batch or updated roadmap has over 35 phones which are in line to get a taste of MIUI 13 skin. Yes, the roadmap features phones from Xiaomi and its subsidiaries – Redmi and Poco.

As per the information shared by Xiaomi on its community forum, the new roadmap is for the Globally released phones. We can also expect an updated roadmap for India in the coming days. The new update will be released for the models featured in the second batch and will get the update in Q2 or Q3 of this year. Moving to the list then, these phones are going to get MIUI 13 update in the coming months.

Xiaomi’s newest skin – MIUI 13 comes with a slew of new features including an optimized file storage system, RAM optimization engine, processor priority optimization, extended battery life of up to 10%, sidebar, and more.

If you own any of the above-listed phones, then you’ll get the MIUI 13 update in the coming days. Firstly, the update will hit the phones running on beta builds available on the company’s pilot testing program. Later, it will be released to the public as a stable version.
