Wreckreation Release Date, Trailer, Gameplay, System Requirements, and More

Arcade Racing is a fantastic way to enjoy your cars. There are plenty of games that allow you to drive around and explore the maps as well as customize the rides. Adding to the list of new games, there is a new arcade racing game titled Wreckreation which is expected to be a fan favorite as and when it releases.

Racing games can either be a win or a loss. There is no in-between. Not to be confused with Wrecknation, Wreckreation is a whole different game. This game involves racing cars around various tracks instead of the former where you race around with lawn movers and other types of vehicles. Well, let’s take a look at everything you need to know about the upcoming arcade game- Wreckreation.

Wreckreation Release Date

Wreckreation was announced earlier this year on the 13th of August. The developers revealed the announcement trailer for the game, which you can check out here. However, when it comes to the release date of the game, the developers haven’t given us a clear release date. The Steam page for the game simply displays coming soon as the release date. So, the game is expected to be released later in 2023.

Wreckreation – Developers and Publishers

Wreckreation is being developed by Three Fields Entertainment and will be published by THQ Nordic. Under the Three Fields Entertainment belt, we have games like Lethal VR, Dangerous Golf, and Danger Zone 2. With THQ Nordic, you have games like The Valiant, Way of the Hunter, and MX vs ATV Legends.

Wreckreation – Trailer

With regards to the game’s trailer, the only available trailer that we have is the announcement trailer. In the trailer, we get to see how the racing tracks take shape and form a world where you have different ramps that you will be able to jump off. You also get to see the vehicles in the game. However, these vehicles aren’t real-life ones and they are a design combination of two or more vehicles., just like the cars you would see in GTA: V.

Wreckreation – Gameplay

Wreckreation is an open-world arcade racing game where you will not only be racing but performing wild stunts with different vehicles as well as going on an adventure exploring the nearby cities. You can perform your stunts with the lops, ramps, and pipes and also dodge various obstacles in your path. The best part about games like Wreckreation is you can customize your car including the lights and the engine sounds.

Wreckreation Gameplay

When it comes to the game modes in Wreckreation, you are in control. You can choose what cars can race, what the route will be as well as what kind of races you would like to play. Just like the game modes, you can also choose and adjust the in-game music. Plus, you can also link your Spotify account to play music right away in your game. Wreckreation also gives you the freedom to choose between the night and daytime plus adjust how much traffic you would like to deal with. Overall a fun game packed with a lot of things to do apart from racing around.

Conclusion

This concludes everything we know about the new game Wreckreation. The only issue here is the developers need to reveal more information about the game such as what tracks, and cars we can expect to see. Even the track listing for the in-game music needs to be revealed. Plus if the game would be making its way to the consoles, would be good news as this game definitely brings in the vibes of the old-school Burnout games from the early years. The article will be updated as and when there is new information about the game.
