Microsoft ends the week with a new Windows 11 insider preview build to the Dev Channel. The new weekly Windows 11 preview update comes with build number 23575. The incremental update is gradually rolling out to Insider users in the Dev channel program.

In the new Windows 11 Dev update, Microsoft adds grouping of recently added apps under the Recommended section in the Start Menu. It will make the start menu clean, and you will find more added apps without the previous apps vanishing.

This is the only change in this weekโ€™s Windows 11 Dev build. However there are bunch of fixes that you must know about.

Windows 11 Build 23575 – Bug Fixes

[Copilot in Windows]

  • Fixed an issue causing some Windows Insiders in the Dev Channel using the Home edition of Windows 11 Insider Preview builds to find Copilot in Windows has disappeared from the taskbar.

  • Fixed an issue where closing File Explorer could cause an explorer.exe crash sometimes.
  • Did some work to improve the performance of opening the context menu.
  • Fixed an issue where the second time you opened dropdown menus in File Explorer, you wouldnโ€™t be able to scroll it with touch.

[Settings]

  • Fixed an issue where Settings Home might show a prompt to sign into your Microsoft account, and fail to sign in if you tried to use it, even though Settings itself showed you were already signed in.
