HOW TO SET UP SLEEP SCHEDULE ON IPHONE
Sleep does affect health. And so here's a better way to manage or schedule your sleep on iPhone or iPad.

Open Health app and Switch to the Browse section. Then click on Sleep.

In the Next page, scroll down and click Get Started > Next .
Set your sleep time and click Next. Choose Active days.

You can customize the timing by dragging icons and then click Add > Next.

Now enable the sleep mode. Choose your DND time and enable Wind Down. For quick access you can set Shortcuts. After shortcut click Next > Done.

You can Temporarily disable the Sleep Mode. To enable again, access control center and tap on Bed Icon.

Once the Alarm started you can stop it. Then click on Dismiss button to access home screen.
