Samsung Galaxy Ring goes official at MWC

Samsung unveils its next smart wearable device, dubbed, the Galaxy Ring, originally teased last month at the Galaxy S24 event.

Today, Samsung officially capped off the Galaxy Ring at MWC 24.

The Galaxy Ring will come in three colors - Silver, Black, and Gold.

For comfort and fitting, the Galaxy Ring will be available in sizes ranging from 5 to 13 in the US market, also marked as S through XL.

Galaxy Ring can track heart rate, breathing rate, sleep, night movement, and 24/7 health and activity tracking. It calculates vitality score based on health tracking.

All this health data will be available in the Galaxy Health app. At first, the Ring will be exclusively to Galaxy phones.

The company plans to expand compatibility to more Android phones later.

Samsung has yet to disclose pricing and availability details. The Ring is expected to be launched later in July or August alongside the upcoming foldables.
