Apple is working on blood pressure sensor and a microLED screen, both of which could potentially be integrated into the Apple Watch X.

However, the Watch X is not expected to launch this year. Its potential release is projected for 2024, which would coincide with the Apple Watch's 10th-year anniversary.

Apple first launched its watch in 2014. Mark Gurman mentioned it could launch in 2024 or 2025. So its not confirmed if it will launch next year. But probability of its release in 2024 is high.
