Google Pixel 7 series is less than a month away from the launch. The device is slated to release on October 6.
Google has officially confirmed its next hardware event by teasing the Pixel 7, Pixel Watch, and Pixel Buds Pro.
Several leaks have surfaced about the Pixel 7 in the past and now a new leak has surfaced about its Tensor G2 SoC specification.
The leak comes from the Pixel 7 Pro benchmark test. Pixel 7 Pro Geekbench result shows 10% increase in multi core performance.

The Tensor G2 chip is expected to have the same CPU cores as first Tensor chip but with a slight bump in clock speed. Change in clock speed seems the reason for better result.
As per leak, the Google Tensor G2 chip includes Mali-G710 GPU. It is a step up from the Mali-G78 MP20 GPU.
The Mali G710 GPU is 20% faster and 20% more efficient in graphics rendering and 35% faster in machine learning than the Mali-G78.
The single core CPU performance is expected to be almost same. But GPU and other things in the chip expected to get major upgrade.
