List of iPads eligible for iPadOS 17

June 14, 2023

The next major OS for iPads was announced earlier this month at the WWDC event, which took place on June 5.

Last year, Apple introduced lock screen personalization on iPhones with iOS 16, but this feature was not extended to iPads.

Fortunately, Apple brings the lock screen personalization on iPads with iPadOS 17. The public build is scheduled to release later this year. But some iPads will not receive it.

If you own an iPad, you may be curious to know if your device is eligible to receive iPadOS 17 and its exciting features.

iPadOS 17 Supported Devices

If you have one of the iPads from the list, then you will receive iPadOS 17 later this year.

Apple has already released the first developer beta of iPadOS 17. This means if you want to test its features, you can install iPadOS 17 beta.

But I will suggest waiting for a couple of more beta builds so that iPadOS 17 can achieve more stability and you will have no bugs to deal with.
