As per the ChargerLab report, some iPhone 15 models may come with Thunderbolt transfer speed.

ChargerLab claims that the recently leaked Type C render of the iPhone 15 series shows the Retimer chip which is used in Thunderbolt/USB 4 devices.

The Thunderbolt transfer speed can go up to 40Gbps while the normal Type-C port speed limited to 480Mbps.

It is believed that iPhone 15 Pro models could support the thunderbolt transfer speed, whereas iPhone 15 models could stick to standard speed.
