SLEEP TRACKING ON APPLE WATCH

You can create better routine using Sleep Tracking on Apple Watch running on watchOS 7. Here's How!

At first you need to enable sleep tracking on your Apple Watch.

Open Sleep app on your Watch, then allow the prompts.

To add a new Sleep Schedule, Open Sleep app, then tap on Full Schedule.

Tap on Add Another Schedule, then set the timings accordingly.

To disable Sleep Tracking, use and turn digital crown until your watch unlocks.
