Enable Developer Options: Go to Settings and look for Build Number. You can find it in the About Phone section. Tap on build number 7 times.

Steps:
Now go back to the Settings > Developer options (on some phones it is available under System settings).

Enable ‘Show Refresh Rate’ option. It will now show the current refresh rate on the display. You can check the refresh rate for any app or game.
