Of course, you will need an eligible device. As of now Samsung has released the One UI 4.0 Beta program for S21, Z Flip 3, Z Fold 3, and Note 20 series.

The One UI 4.0 Beta program is limited to select countries - China, India, Germany, Poland, South Korea, UK, and US.

Download or update Samsung Members app. Open the app and find the One UI 4.0 banner.
After tapping on One UI 4.0 Beta Program banner, Tap on Register and Enroll the beta update.

Step 2
The update will be available via Special OTA. Check the latest updates from Settings > Software Update > Download and Install.

It will show the latest One UI 4.0 beta update that you can install. Sometimes it can take some time to show the update. Also make sure you take a full data backup.
