Although, there are many third-party apps on the App Store with fancy widgets. Now you can also add an interactive widget on your iPhone's home screen, find out how.

There's a third-party widget app, known as, Widgy. Download it from the App Store and open it.

The app has a plenty of fancy widgets. But sadly, it lacks the search option, so to find out interactive widgets, tap on "Sort and Filter Widgys" and select medium only.

Now scroll down a bit, until you find the Essentials Weather/Calendar widget by JCRocky5 author. Tap on the widget and then import it.

Now tap on Manage tab and add the imported widget to Medium sized widgy slot. You can customize the color and background if you want.

All done? Add the widget to the home screen. Simply tap and home on empty space, then tap + icon and search for widgy.
