At first, you need to download an app, dubbed as, Charging Show from the App Store for free.

Open the app and tap on the animation you want to use. It will show the preview of animation along with the settings.

Tap on Setup to use the animation, once done, connect iPhone to charger to view or activate the charging animation.

You can even customize the charging animation before setting up your favorite animation, you can change the flash icon, percentage, and background music.

The animation will only show when the app is opened. If you want to set it as default animation, then you need to create a new shortcut.

You can create an automation shortcut for Charger (with Is Connected automation) then select the Charging Show app to apply the animation.
