How to Customize Safari Home Page
Apple announced a newer version of its built-in web browser - Safari. It gets a slew of new features along with customizations.
Open Safari Web Browser, then tap on the settings icon placed in the bottom right corner.

Now choose any image of your choice.
You can even add your own image for Safari's home page background.
Open Safari, then simply drag and drop the image you want to set as the background image.
