There are several apps on the app store with dynamic widgets. I am using "Top Widgets" app for this story.

Tap on the Lock Screen section to see the animated widgets available on the app.

Choose any widget you like, select it, then save both right and left parts of it.

Go back to the lock screen, then open the customize panel, then add new widgets to the lock screen.

Tap on right empty widget then pick the saved dynamic widget, same for the left side. That's it. Now go back to the lock screen to see the animation.
