2023 is coming to an end and we haven't seen any iPad upgrades this year. There were some rumors about iPad launch but they turned out to be false.
Recently, Apple refreshed MacBooks and some other products in the October event and it is expected that this was Apple's last event this year.
In the latest Bloomberg’s newsletter, Mark Gurman shared some information on the iPad release.

As per the report, the entire iPad lineup to get upgrades next year. Lower to medium budget iPad could launch in the first quarter followed by iPad Pro in the first half of 2024.

2023 is the first year with no iPad upgrades. Since the first iPad launch, Apple has launched at least one iPad upgrade every year.

According to Gurman, new iPad models are not ready yet which could be the reason Apple is delaying the launch.
