All the big names in the smartphone business are working on foldable phones. And Samsung is among first few to bring foldable phone a few years back.

Samsung's next foldable phone is going to be the Galaxy Z Fold 5, which is expected to launch at the Unpacked event later in Q3.

OnLeaks in partnership with Smartprix shares the first 5k renders of the Galaxy Z Fold 5. The leak also includes a 360-degree video.
As per the renders, the design of the Galaxy Z Fold 5 will be almost identical to its predecessor but with better mechanical parts.

Galaxy Z Fold 5 is said to be thinner with 13.4mm thickness compared to its predecessor which has thickness range from 14.2mm to 15.8mm.

All thanks to new Droplet style hinge used in Z Fold 5 which don’t leave any gap when in fold state.

At the rear, the LED flash now sits separate from the camera island unlike the Galaxy Z Fold 4 in which the LED flash was part of the camera island.

The rest of the design remains the same as the previous generation foldable. This means Samsung is focusing on better build quality.
