What is Clubhouse?

Clubhouse is a drop in audio chat app that lets you communicate and share your thoughts with people in the form of voice chats with other people in the form of clubs.

Clubhouse has currently 8 million users & was launched in April of 2020. The app originally released on iOS & requires an invite to join Clubhouse. Recently, it joined Google Play Store.

How to join Clubhouse?

For now you can only register a user name to save for once you get an invite to create an account. Once you get an invite, you will be able to create an account.

Creating Room in Clubhouse

Rooms can be Open to all, social to your followers only and a private closed room where you can choose who can join your room.

If you don't want to create one you can always use the Hallway to join audio rooms on topics that interest you. An audio room can have around 5000 listeners and any number of speakers.

The app is totally audio based and has no images and videos. The only pictures you'll be seeing in an Audio Room are the profile pictures of who all are present in the room.

Clubhouse has finally landed on the Google Play Store globally, you can download it freely on your Android device.

In terms of celebrities on Clubhouse, there are lots of them. Elon Musk, Oprah Winfrey, Meek Mill, 21 Savage, Kevin Hart, Drake, and a lot more of them.
