After three beta updates and two release candidate builds, Apple finally released the iOS 17.1 to the Public.

It is the first big update after the iOS 17 update release in mid September. Here’s what the new update brings to eligible iPhones.
With iOS 17.1, AirDrop transfer will continue using Internet even if the users move out of the Airdrop range.
The update brings some new Standby options to control when the display turns off. It is available for 2023 and 2022 Pro models.
There are a couple of changes and improvements in Apple Music app. Like song suggestion now appear at the bottom of every playlist, new cover art design and more.
In iOS 17.1, Apple optimized the crash detection for all iPhone 14 and iPhone 15 models.
iPhone 15 users were seeing Screen Burn-In issue and Apple claims to have fixed it with iOS 17.1 update.
There are a bunch of other bug fixes that include fixing less responsive keyboard, location privacy settings bug and more.
You can easily update your iPhone to iOS 17.1 by navigating to Settings > General > Software Update.
